Why does it cost more than a tub of creatine?
Three things a tub leaves out:
- Creavitalis® is ultra-micronized, so you skip the chalky taste and texture creatine is known for.
- Every lot is NSF Certified for Sport®, tested by an independent lab rather than approved once.
- 5g sealed in a stick that travels, so there is no tub to pack.
A tub is cheaper per serving on paper. It is only cheaper if you finish it.
What does it taste like?
Refreshing and crisp, sweet enough without any sugar in it. Organic stevia leaf does the sweetening. It is ultra-micronized, so it mixes smoothly in cold water with no grit and without the chalk standard creatine leaves.
Will it make me bloated?
No. The old bloating reputation comes from loading phases, where people take 20g a day for a week and hold water fast. We don't recommend loading. At 5g a day the research does not show the subcutaneous water retention people picture.
What should I expect in the first two weeks?
Not much you can see, and that's normal. Creatine works by saturating muscle over roughly two to four weeks of daily use. It is not a pre-workout and there is no same-day effect to feel. The only thing that matters in week one is not missing days.
