Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising
Some disclosures to advertising and analytics partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable law, even when no money is exchanged.
Use https://www.livemerivo.com/pages/your-privacy-choices#do-not-sell-share to opt out. The control must disable or signal the opt-out to all applicable Shopify pixels, app pixels, tag-manager tags, and advertising partners, not merely update a visual preference.
Global Privacy Control
Where required, Merivo processes a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal. Access, correction, deletion, and portability
You may submit an applicable request to:
- Know or access personal information maintained about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to permitted exceptions.
- Receive a portable copy where required.
- Obtain information about categories of recipients.
- Opt out of applicable profiling or targeted advertising.
- Exercise consumer-health-data rights.
- Appeal a decision concerning your request.
Submit requests through https://www.livemerivo.com/pages/your-privacy-choices#privacy-request or email merivoofficial@livemerivo.com. State the right you wish to exercise and the state in which you reside. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
Authorized agents
Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may request proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
Appeals
If we decline to act on a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, email merivoofficial@livemerivo.com with the subject “Privacy Request Appeal” and identify the original request.
Non-discrimination
Merivo will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. A choice may affect functionality that depends on the information you ask us not to process.
