Is this worth it versus buying coffee and creatine separately?
Price it against what it replaces, not against a tub. It is your coffee and your creatine in the same cup, made with Rainforest Alliance Certified™ arabica rather than the cheapest bean available. Buying both separately costs more and leaves you a second step to remember every morning.
Does it actually taste like coffee?
Yes. It's 100% arabica instant coffee with the creatine blended in, not a coffee-flavoured supplement. Tear into hot water, stir, and you have a cup you would pour for the coffee alone.
Will it make me bloated?
No. The old bloating reputation comes from loading phases, where people take 20g a day for a week and hold water fast. We don't recommend loading. At 5g a day the research does not show the subcutaneous water retention people picture.
What should I expect in the first two weeks?
Not much you can see, and that's normal. Creatine works by saturating muscle over roughly two to four weeks of daily use. It is not a pre-workout and there is no same-day effect to feel. The only thing that matters in week one is not missing days.

How much caffeine is in it?
110mg per stick, all of it natural caffeine from the coffee itself. Roughly a standard cup, with no synthetic stimulants added.
Hot or iced?
Both. Stir into hot water for a normal cup, or into cold water over ice. The creatine is ultra-micronized so it mixes either way.
Do I need to take it at a specific time?
No. Creatine builds up in muscle tissue over time, so daily consistency matters far more than timing. That is exactly why we put it in something you already drink.
