We have a 30-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

How to Start a Refund

Email merivoofficial@livemerivo.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We review every request personally and respond within 1 to 2 business days.

We do not ask you to ship anything back. Please do not mail anything to us without contacting us first.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Contact us within 30 days of your delivery date
• Include your order number and proof of purchase

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at merivoofficial@livemerivo.com.
