We have a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
How to Start a Return or Refund
Email with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We review every request personally and respond within 1–2 business days.
We don't require you to ship anything back in most cases — for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement without asking you to return the product. For unopened products, we'll provide return instructions if needed.

- Opened supplement products (once the seal is broken, the product cannot be resold for safety and quality reasons)

Damages and Wrong Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at immediately with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll resolve it at no cost to you — no return required.
Refund Processing
