Subscription and Automatic-Renewal Terms

These Subscription and Automatic-Renewal Terms supplement Merivo’s Terms of Service and apply when you enroll in a recurring delivery or subscribe-and-save program. Merivo is operated by Kwon & Sharifian LLC.

Subscription terms displayed at enrollment

Before enrollment, the product page and checkout will display:

• The product and quantity included.
• The price charged now.
• The recurring price or how it will be calculated.
• Billing and delivery frequency.
• Any introductory discount and when it ends.
• That the subscription renews automatically until canceled.
• How to cancel, skip, pause, or change an order.
• Any minimum commitment, if one exists.

The subscription option will not be preselected. Merivo will obtain affirmative consent to the automatic-renewal terms before charging a recurring payment.

Automatic renewal and billing

By enrolling, you authorize Merivo and its payment provider to charge the payment method on file at the disclosed frequency until the subscription is canceled. Taxes, shipping, and other charges will be disclosed as required before the applicable charge.

Your initial order is charged when stated at checkout. Future orders are charged on or around [to be confirmed]. Delivery dates may differ from billing dates.

Enrollment confirmation

After enrollment, we will send an acknowledgment containing the material subscription terms and a method you can retain, including how to cancel. Keep your account and contact information current so notices reach you.

Managing or canceling

You may manage or cancel online at [to be confirmed]. Online cancellation is available without requiring a telephone call or interaction with a representative.

A cancellation must be completed before [to be confirmed] to prevent the next order from entering fulfillment. If fulfillment has begun, the order is governed by the Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.

Retention offers, if shown, will include a clear option to continue directly to cancellation. We will not obstruct or unreasonably delay cancellation.

Skipping, pausing, and changing frequency

Available options are displayed in the subscription account. A skip, pause, product change, or frequency change is not a cancellation unless expressly confirmed as one.

Renewal, trial, and price-change notices

We will send renewal reminders, trial or promotional conversion notices, and price or material-term change notices when and within the time required by applicable law. Notices will state the upcoming charge or change and provide a cancellation method.

We will obtain additional consent when required before applying a material change.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry as disclosed by the payment or subscription service and notify you. We will not charge undisclosed fees. A failed payment may pause or cancel future shipments.

Refunds

Subscription orders follow our Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription stops eligible future renewals; it does not automatically refund an order already processed.
