Merivo SMS Terms
These SMS Terms govern the recurring text-message program of Merivo, operated by Kwon & Sharifian LLC (“Merivo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program description
When you separately opt in, Merivo may send recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages, including product announcements, offers, cart reminders, and customer updates, to the mobile number you provided.

Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies unless a more specific frequency is stated at signup.
Consent
By providing your mobile number through a clearly disclosed SMS signup and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive the messages described at that point of collection. Your general acceptance of the Terms of Service, creation of an account, or purchase does not by itself constitute SMS marketing consent.
You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the number and are authorized to consent. Notify us if the number changes or is reassigned.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to cancel marketing texts. We may send a single confirmation of the opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance or contact merivoofficial@livemerivo.com or (425) 569-0436.
We will honor recognized opt-out requests promptly. Opting out of marketing texts does not prevent nonmarketing messages you separately request or messages necessary to complete an active transaction, where legally permitted.
Delivery and carriers
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing or messaging system. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We process mobile numbers and message interactions as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send sensitive health, payment, password, or account credentials by SMS.
Eligibility and changes
The program is intended for individuals at least 18 years old. We may modify or discontinue the program, but changes do not eliminate an opt-out or other non-waivable right. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
